If you have a question, please read below to see if your question has already been addressed.  If your question is not answered below, please don't hesitate to request assistance from us.

What forms of payment do you accept? TOP

We accept most major credit cards, including Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover. 
 
We also accept money orders and cashiers checks. 
 
You may also pay via your Paypal  account.   If you choose to pay via a personal check, please know that your order will not ship until your check has cleared our bank account.
 
International clients must pay with a credit card in US dollars.
 
We do accept payment via Google Checkout.  To pay with your Google Checkout account, when checking out of your shopping cart, select OTHER as your payment method.  Then in the MESSAGE area of the checkout form, please type in GOOGLE CHECKOUT.  We will then send you a Google Checkout invoice to click and pay.  Click here for more information.

What is Standard Shipping? TOP

Free Standard Shipping for jewelry shipped to a United States address is via USPS First Class Mail.  Deliver time is usually 4-9 business days.  Delivery Confirmation is included.
 
If you would prefer Priority Mail, you may purchase a Shipping Upgrade.  Priority Mail delivery time is usually 2-4 business days.
 
Insurance is not included, but we recommend it for peace of mind.
 
Standard Shipping for packages going outside the United States is via USPS First Class International.  Delivery time varies from 2-4 weeks (sometimes more).  USPS Priority International Mail may be purchased as a seperate catalog item. (Delivery time is usually 4-7 business days).  Insurance, Delivery Confirmation and Tracking are not available for International packages.
 
 

How often do you ship? TOP
Daily.  We strive to ship within 24-48 hours after receiving payment.

Do you provide insurance? TOP
Insurance is extra, available on request, and is recommended.  We will not be responsible for uninsured items after the item leaves our hands.  Insurance is not available for international transactions.

What is included in Free Standard Shipping? TOP

Free Standard Shipping includes USPS shipping with delivery confirmation, bubble wrap, tissue paper, package labels, gift box with ribbon.  Insurance is NOT included, but we do recommend purchasing it for peace of mind.  (Free Standard Shipping is available only for packages shipping to an address in the United States.)

What if I need re-sizing? TOP
Yes.  We do offer re-sizing on many of our jewelry pieces.  Prices vary according to the gemstones or findings involved, so it's best to ask.  The average fee is $2.00 per inch.  However, sometimes re-sizing is free!  Please email your needs to us.

Do you do custom work? TOP

Yes.  Please email your desires to us in as much detail as possible.  Please keep in mind that, depending on our schedule, it may be several weeks before you receive your order.

Do you have a guarantee? TOP

We love our clients and we want them happy!  Our jewelry is handmade artwork and no two pieces are exactly alike.  Please read the descriptions of each item carefully - including dimensions. 
 
If there are any problems with your shipment, please email us within 3 days of receipt and we will try to resolve your concerns.  Any refunds made will be for the purchase amount only and will not include monies paid for shipping and/or insurance fees.  Please be specific about the problems in your email.  And please know that we will not issue any refund simply due to Buyer's remorse.  We do not offer refunds on international transactions or custom work.

Please note that we do not offer returns on our vintage collectibles and antiques.

How should I care for my jewelry? TOP
Jewelry is fragile and gemstones, though durable substances, should be handled with care.  Items should be stores in the boxes we provide to protect them from damage, oxidation and tarnish.  Even the hardest gemstone variety can be vulnerable to breakage and even shatter with a single well-placed blow.  That said, the best way to care for your jewelry is to wear it!

How do I order clip on earrings? TOP
If the earring description states that clip ons are available, we're happy to make this change for no extra charge.   To let us know you want your earrings to be changed please tell us in the MESSAGE area of the shopping cart form when you're checking out.  Of course, you may always simply email us to let us know, too.

Do you offer discounts? TOP

Do you publish a catalog? TOP
No.  We do not publish a catalog or brochure.  Because our jewelry is handmade and one of a kind, our inventory changes too frequently to publish a catalog.  In addition, multiples of any of our jewelry items are not usually available.

Do you ship antiques and colletibles outside the US? TOP

Sorry, no.  Our antiques and collectibles are only shipped to addresses within the United States.

Do you provide provenance for antiques and collectibles? TOP

Since our items come from third party sources, we are not able to provide provenance.

We're well aware that vintage items have lived a prior life and assume you are, too.  They may have lived in smoking environments or in homes with pets.  They may even have a bit of that musty odor from storage.  If we notice anything untoward about an item, we will share that information with you.  If you are allergic or sensitive to odors, dust, or dander, vintage just might not be for you.
